My Reflection

The start:The first week of the second term it has been pretty fun then we got back to normal and started working.

Reading: This week for reading we have been doing weekly spelling and we have done a sheet of the diamond back rattle snake its so cool that the female can give birth to 10 to 20 baby's at a time .

Spelling: For spelling I hopefully only need to learn a few words I have been working hard to.

 Math: For math this week we have been doing the same as every normal day the math grid and also we did the family of facts but different we had to find the number tha would fit in with equation.

Integrity game: For my integrity game we made a game called triple sport and we tought the little kids how to play it was pretty hard because they didn't know much of how to play the sports because we had soccer basket ball and hockey most of them liked soccer and I was with William and Lewis and we were teamed up with Kayla and Keira. There game was cool and all the kids that played it thought it was fun.

Music: In room 8 Mr Gemmel did music with our classes we learned body music and did the guitar we also did a thunder storm with Mrs Bryant and we listened to music like rock pop old fancy rock.

Treaty of waitangi: In room 9 we learnt about the treaty of waitangi and learnt about when pirongia was first here and went to a pirongia museum and saw lots of information about pirongia and saw a queen Alexander portrate.

Reading: In reading this week we did a cross word sheet to find 

words with oi it was fun because there were lots of made up words. Then we had to do a armadillo work sheet we had to find the words that weren't spelt properly it was so fun.

 Math: Math this week was normal we did time tables grids

and  mathletics and when we where at the teacher we did fraction I think that we are getting better at them but I find them a little hard.

Writing: In writing we did put in change delete it was pretty hard because  I did lots of changing but I had to do some deleting.

Spelling: In spelling I have passed two list i'm proud of my spelling I have been on list l for three weeks but it feels like ages I'm really trying to pass this list apart from that it is pretty fun.

Inquiry: For inquiry we have been going to room 10 9 and our own class, in room 10 we have been making our own integrity game I am with Lewis and William our game is triple sport.
In room 9 we have been learning about waitungi day and went to the pirongia museum that was really cool and fun. 
And in the best class ever we have been learning how to do body music and learning a guitar kind of beat it was cool to do guitar stuff.

Math:For math I have been doing mathletics and i find it fun and

we got tort the area game.

Spelling: In spelling it has been pretty fun in fact i have passed two lists already,

now I,m on K.

Writing:My first writing was when we have to write about 

what favorite food i write about my birthday cake.

Reading: In reading I have been doing buddy reading.

My speech is if we should eliminate sugar you tell me and watch the video.

Master chef challenge

At the master chef challenge my group and I made a wrap no ordinary wrap
the best wrap ever. When I got to taste the wrap I loved it it had so much flavor.
In the wrap it had prize winner beef,lettuce,cheese,aoli and mango chilli sauce.
Also a few weeks ago my other group made a sandwich with all kind of food.

swimming sports

At swimming sports I came third in breaststroke but I
the semi finily I came last. I did not like it but
I also felt happy about it.

Marae Trip

At the marae I did some carving and weaving. At night every boy was talking so it was hard to get to sleep!  I liked the breakfast I loved dinner better. I liked playing rugby with my cousin

Shelter for a Great Spotted Kiwi

This is my plan and a model I created for a shelter for a Great Spotted Kiwi.
I made some modifications to my plan.  They were...
The door is now a flip flap because it would be easier for the kiwi to get in.
The roof is now a giant water bath so other New Zealand birds can come over to have a drink.
Kiwi are an endangered bird. It is my responsibility to look after them as much as I can.
